Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. We aimed to find novel molecules as potential biomarkers for the early diagnosis of CRC.Of these proteins, 29 were significantly different between CRC and normal tissue.for future biomarker applications and provided an efficient approach for the differential analysis of cancer-associatedTPM2 may be valuable for the early diagnosis of CRC.

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a common malignant tumor in the digestive tract, and 30%–85% of CRCs expressRecently, treatments using cetuximab, also named C225, an anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody, for CRC haveOur study indicated that EGFR and S492R EGFR accelerate the growth of CRC cells in vitro and

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a multistage disease resulting from complex factors, including geneticaccumulating evidence suggests that the gut microbiota is a new and important player in the development of CRCImbalance of the gut microbiota, especially dysregulated gut bacteria, contributes to colon cancer throughIt is notable that the translocation of colonic commensal bacteria is closely related to CRC progressionCRC-associated bacteria can serve as a non-invasive and accurate biomarker for CRC diagnosis.

Aberrant glycosylation is considered to be a hallmark of colorectal cancer (CRC), as demonstratedtotal, 116 N-glycans were identified that showed profound differences in expression among cancerIn comparison with healthy mucosa, the cancer cells showed an increase in α2-6 sialylation andIn comparison with cancer, the stroma showed lower levels of oligomannosidic and monoantennary N

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third leading cancer globally.Metagenomics has been widely used to analyze the association between the gut microbiota and CRC basedon bacterial genus- or species-level comparisons, providing evidence of dysbiosis in CRC developmentis unable to provide strain-level information for understanding the individual role of a species in CRCHere, we used culturomics to isolate CRC mucosal samples and selected 158 Escherichia coli strains

Gastric signet ring cell carcinoma (SRCC) and colorectal SRCC are the most aggressive histologicalpopulation-based study to analyze the metastatic patterns of SRCC and further estimate its contribution to the cancer-specificsurvival of gastric SRCC and colorectal SRCC.A total of 4055 patients with gastric SRCC or colorectal SRCC were included in our cohort. In summary, metastasis is a major contributor to cancer mortality in SRCC.

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the second leading cause of cancer related death worldwide. The 5-year survival rate of CRC patients depends on the stage at diagnosis, being higher than 80% whenCRC is diagnosed in the early stages but lower than 10% when CRC is diagnosed in advanced stages. Thus, we herein aim to identify autoantigens target of autoantibodies specific to CRC that possess aA total of 103 proteins were identified as potential autoantigens specific to CRC.
